years ago The Mitchell Group was founded
on little more than a dream. Founder
Doug Mitchell's dream was to create from
nothing a place for progressives in
Montana to come together to amplify our
voices.
Over that period, The Mitchell
Group became the leading progressive
government and public affairs firm in
Montana, helping change the political
landscape in Montana and playing an
important role in the progressive
movement in the Rocky Mountain West.
While Doug's dream will continue with
his colleague Diego Rivas' important
work on climate changes as Executive
Director of Montanans for Healthy
Climate, Doug has moved on to pursue
another dream.
As Managing Director of The Montana
Land Reliance, Doug will work to
preserve Montana's landscape for future
generations.
