Diego Rivas began working at The Mitchell Group in October of 2005.  Originally from Atlanta, Diego moved to Montana and soon began working as the Federal Administrator for the National Political Awareness Test at Project Vote Smart in Philipsburg. He returned to Atlanta in 2004 to work on State House campaigns at the Democratic of Georgia.  After a brief stint in Ecuador working at an organic farm, he returned to Montana, helping with the start-up of the Progressive States Network before joining The Mitchell Group.

At the Mitchell Group, Diego is the Field Organizer for Montanans for a Healthy Climate, a group working on Climate Change/Global Warming issues within the landscape of Montana. 

In his free time, Diego enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, any sport, and being involved with campaign and political issues in Montana.
